  • contact form inquiries are kept while communication is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry;

We may use selected project materials, such as drawings, visualisations, fragments, diagrams or images, for portfolio, presentation or professional reference purposes.
Where possible, such materials are anonymised and do not include the client’s name, exact address, personal details or other information that directly identifies the client or the property owner.
If a case study, testimonial, image, project description or other material identifies a client or another individual, we will use it only where we have an appropriate legal basis, such as consent or contractual permission.

At present, access to website inquiries is limited to Mikhail Tur through email and Tilda CRM.

Such matters may also be regulated in a separate cooperation agreement or contract.
